Memoir

I have doodled constantly my entire life - and for many years, I have had the idea of bringing this into my fine art.

With “Memoir”, I decided to bring not only the doodles themselves (torn from various notebooks), but also the visual language that happens when I absent-mindedly draw in the margins of whatever paper is close to me. This was the perfect language for me to explore the idea of recollecting, interpreting and recording.
